If I don’t know how to use the product, can I get a refund?
We offer demo / trial versions of our products, documentation about their instalation and usage, and are available to provide support to you as a purchasing customer. Thus, not knowing how to install a font / eBook, or having purchased it for an incompatible system is considered insufficient cause for a refund.
What is an “accidental purchase”?
An accidental purchase is a product that snuck into your cart or that wasn’t the correct version (e.g., Lite vs. Pro). “Accidental purchase” does not cover bulk orders or products that you have already downloaded.
The product doesn’t work as described or is faulty — can I get a refund?
Yes, so long as you do it within 7 days of having purchased the product.
How do I request a refund?
First, contact us to try to resolve any issues that you are having with the product. If the product still does not perform as expected, contact us with the following information:
- the product you would like refunded
- the order number
- the transaction number
- a thorough description of the issues that you are having with the product
How does the refunded money get returned to me?
The purchase price of the product or products being refunded will be remitted to the payment method that you used when you placed the order (PayPal or credit card). Credit card refunds can take several days, depending on the bank, and PayPal refunds should take no more than one or two days.
